Siniora initially acquired a 77% stake in Polonez in March 2021, becoming its majority shareholder. Paksoy also advised Siniora on that initial transaction. With the closing of the second transaction, Siniora has now acquired the remaining shares, and has become the sole shareholder of Polonez.<\/p>\n<p>Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by
