The acquired business includes globally recognized brands such as Fendall\u2122, Fibre-Metal\u2122, Howard Leight\u2122, KCL\u2122, Miller\u2122, Morning Pride\u2122, North\u2122, Oliver\u2122, Salisbury\u2122, and others. The combination broadens and strengthens PIP\u2019s head-to-toe protection offering. In addition, the acquisition expands PIP\u2019s global manufacturing and distribution footprint to approximately 50 countries and will enhance supply chain and product development
