The transaction is subject to regulatory approval from the Turkish Competition Authority.<\/p>\n<p>Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Elvan Aziz and associate Hazal \u015eenol, acted as Turkish counsel to Ontex Group on this transaction, along with Linklaters Brussels office as global counsel.<\/p>\n<p>Merger clearance of the transaction will be led by partner Togan Turan,
