published the Communiqu\u00e9 on the Reassessment of Minimum Equity Amounts for Payment and Electronic Money Institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, minimum equity amounts for the payment and electronic money institutions operating under Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions have been increased as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>For payment institutions exclusively providing intermediary services for payment of utilities and other household bills<\/u> from TRY\u00a010,000,000 to <strong>TRY 15,000,000<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><u>For other payment institutions<\/u> except for those exclusively providing consolidated information on users&#8217; payment accounts held with different payment service providers via online platforms from TRY\u00a020,000,000\u00a0to <strong>TRY<\/strong><strong>30,000,000<\/strong>, and<\/li>\n<li><u>For electronic money institutions<\/u> from TRY\u00a055,000,000 to <strong>TRY<\/strong><strong>80,000,000.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Increased amounts will enter into force on 30\u00a0June\u00a02025 and accordingly, licenced payment and electronic money
