The division\u2019s Turkish entity, Pagetel, has more than 20 years\u2019 experience in military shelter production, system shelterisation, equipment and integration, and supplies products and services to critical infrastructures, oil &amp; gas, defence, and public safety markets. The transaction closed on 26\u00a0April 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by St\u00e9phanie Beghe S\u00f6nmez (partner), together with Zeynep Toma (counsel) and Bengisu Y\u0131lmaz (associate), acted as Turkish counsel to General Dynamics on this transaction, with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer acting as global
