The transaction is expected to close upon clearance from the Turkish Competition Board.<\/p>\n<p>The deal will result in the expansion of Innovalift AB\u2019s geographic reach, will strengthen its position within the control systems and related elevator components, and will complement its product portfolio of components for elevators.<\/p>\n<p>Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by
