The remaining 25% were purchased by Albioma\u2019s Turkish partner, industrial services provider Egesim. The transaction successfully closed on 26 January 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by St\u00e9phanie Beghe S\u00f6nmez (partner) together with Simge \u015eeng\u00fcn (associate), as well as Soner Da\u011fl\u0131 (senior associate) for banking and finance aspects, and Sansal Erbacioglu (partner) for tax and fiscal matters, acted as legal counsel to Albioma on this
