The business is the global leader in employee tax, immigration, business travel, mobility managed services, and payroll solutions to multinational organizations and their employees. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner Elvan Aziz together with senior associate Gulce Saydam Pehlivan and associate Asli Eryilmaz acted as Turkish legal counsel to PwC, with Linklaters LLP acting as global legal
