(\u201c\u0130\u015fbir Sentetik\u201d) successfully completed an initial public offering (IPO) and was listed on Borsa \u0130stanbul on 18 November 2021 with the ticker of \u201cISSEN\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Primary shares and secondary shares corresponding to a total of more than 20% shares in \u0130\u015fbir Sentetik were sold to Turkish institutional and retail investors, amounting to an IPO size of TRY 368 million.
