The Build-Operate-Transfer Law numbered 3996 (the \u201cBOT Law<\/strong>\u201d) determines the scope and framework of investments that can be implemented under the build-operate-transfer (\u201cBOT<\/strong>\u201d) model. While municipalities had the opportunity to carry out various investments with the BOT model under the BOT Law previously, including the environmental projects, with the introduction of Additional Article 3 to the BOT Law on 15 June 2022, a more straightforward method for the environmental pollution prevention investments of the municipalities has been introduced and it paved the way for the rapid completion of these investments.<\/p>\n
