The carve-out of Imerys\u2019 participation in this joint venture takes place within the broader context of the sale of Imerys\u2019 high temperature solutions business in 16 countries worldwide to global investment firm Platinum Equity, for an enterprise value of approximately EUR 930 million.<\/p>\n<p>Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team led by partner St\u00e9phanie Beghe S\u00f6nmez,
