raised in the public offering amounted to TL 2.73 billion (approx. $105 million) and the offering was almost four times oversubscribed, mostly by retail investors.<\/p>\n<p>Paksoy team led by partner \u00d6kke\u015f \u015eahan, together with senior associate Merve Kurdak, and associate Bengisu Y\u0131lmaz, acted as one of the transaction counsels on this IPO and Turkish
