We have also developed strong expertise in preparing employee benefits and executive compensation plans, including performance bonuses, reward\/incentive schemes, and share option plans. Our labour and employment practice also supports mergers and acquisitions team by advising on employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as asset and enterprise transfers. A key component of our labour and employment practice is handling complex litigation. Our employment team works closely with our litigation team, which has significant experience in managing individual and collective employment law disputes.
